The Binding Energies of Boron can be examined by its four IP’s and these IP’s describe the relationship of the Proteus and Proteon and how they bind and unbind with each other. The reason the InV of the Boron Proteon is still equal to the ExV of the Boron Proteus is the Proteon when Ionized to the next level is moving in the direction of the ExV of the Proteus by nh, depending on what “n” equals. In the case of the 2nd Proteon View the Proteon has moved 1h in the direction of the ExV of the Proteus. Adding that 1h to the ¼c + 3h InV in the 2nd Proteon View makes that InV equal to the Proteus ExV, or ¼c + 4h. In the 3rd Proteon View Adding the 3h to the ¼c + 1h InV in the 3rd Proteon View makes that InV equal to the Proteus ExV, or ¼c + 4h.  This process repeats thru all the Elements.
